This was a fun project we had the privilege of completing just in time for Christmas.
We removed the existing window, cut the drywall and siding open, framed for and installed 2 new windows. Then we tied it all together with new trim on the outside, and drywalled and trimmed out the inside windows, complete with new wood sills. Then we tied it all together with a light skip trowel texture to match the existing. We were asked to get it ready for Primer and Paint, which the client would handle herself (yes, we offer painting services as well).

Here are some pictures of a flooring project we had the privilege of doing right before the family moved into their newly purchased home.

We removed the existing baseboards, tore out approximately 400sqft of carpet in this family room and hallway, and laid all new engineered wood flooring. We then wrapped it up up with new transition pieces and put the existing baseboards back in. All in all, it was a fun project, and most importantly, a client who was really happy with the way it all turned out.
