I (Haley) took the last few days off to join friends at a quilt retreat in Island park. Why wondering around West Yellowstone one evening I came across these really cool levels and carpenters square. If you have spent any time in our office you have probably noticed that most of our decorations are of mine and Corey’s great grandpas and grandpas hand tools. I thought these tools would be a perfect fit for our office decor.

Something we truly take pride in is the quality of our work. These old tools remind us to do our best to slow down and make sure we are giving the best quality product we can. Back in the days of these old tools people took a lot of pride in building and their work showed that. And that is exactly what you get when you hire Finn Construction. Pride in our work and the highest quality humanly possible. We are so thankful for parents and grandparents who taught us that a job worth doing is a job worth doing well.

I have a challenge for other General contractors in our area. We would love to see Ashton get their helipad! Finn Construction will be doing a platinum Sponsorship. Instead of being each other’s competition at the moment, let’s team up and let’s make this happen! We would love to find 5 more General Contractors who build in the Ashton area to match our sponsorship. Let’s make this happen for this amazing small community! We have been so blessed to build custom homes in the area, and to do a lot of custom framing for another General in the area. I personally know if anything ever happens to one of our guys why working up there I would hope they would have this Helipad available to help them. Please don’t tag any other Generals. We don’t want to call anyone out or make anyone feel uncomfortable. But if you know any generals Building in Ashton let them know about our challenge. What better way to pay it forward!

We’ve had several people reach out asking about sponsorship for the Ashton Helipad, so here’s what we’re thinking!

Any amount helps, and every donation is appreciated!

The biggest reason this project matters is time. Ashton doesn’t have an airport, and the closest is St. Anthony. In a major trauma, stroke, heart attack, severe bleeding, or other life-threatening emergency, those extra minutes matter.

A helipad would allow medical helicopters to come directly to Ashton when time is critical.

Island Park has one near the Elk Creek Gas Station, and as our community continues to grow, we feel Ashton needs this resource too.
