To our mountain community in regards to several posts made this morning about two men trespassing:

Two of our team members were sent out for a scheduled job with inaccurate information which led them to the wrong home. We apologize for any concern this may have caused. We will do our best to avoid instances like this again, but please be mindful that many of our homes are on access roads which confuse even the most veteran mountain residents.
