This garage door had been on the job for 37 years. It was original to the home and finally showing its age, worn panels, outdated style, and hardware that had run its course.

We removed the old door and installed a new system with a rear torsion spring setup, giving it smoother, more reliable operation for years to come. A great reminder that even the doors that have lasted decades can still use an upgrade.

If your garage door has been around as long as this one, it might be time for a refresh.

We love a good transformation story.

A local husband and wife are flipping a house, and their detached garage needed some real attention. It had two old 8ft tip-up doors with jamb wood that had rotted out over the years.

We reframed the opening and installed a single 16x7 standard garage door with a new opener. One door, done right, and it should open up a lot more curb appeal when they list the house.

If your garage door needs an upgrade, we're happy to help.

Every home in the development had top windows on their garage door — except this one. The original door style had been discontinued, so when this homeowner came to us, a full replacement felt like the only option.

It wasn’t.

We worked directly with a manufacturer to get the windows custom cut in. No new door needed. Just the windows they were missing, and with a little paint, their door might be the sharpest one on the block.

That’s what we do. We find a way. 🏠✨

That gap in your spring isn’t just an eyesore — it’s a countdown.

Extension springs don’t last forever. Over thousands of open-and-close cycles, the coils stretch, fatigue, and eventually separate. When they go, your door goes with them — and not gently.

If you’re seeing a gap in your spring, don’t wait for the full break. That’s your door telling you it’s done.
