Today’s project spotlight: “The Overlook” in Montgomery, NY 🌿
This home sits high above the Wallkill River with a steep, challenging slope. To create a true walkout-basement feel (and keep that incredible view), we designed a massive retaining wall over 9’ tall.
Key features:
30’ vinyl pool with spillover spa
River-view firepit perched above the Wallkill River
Waterproof underdeck system for dry, usable space below
Everest in Shale Grey for the pool patio
Techo-Bloc Borealis Hazlenut Brandy under the deck and around the firepit
Turf inlays to soften and break up the hardscape
