We are looking to build our crew.
We are looking for 2-3 people that have experience laying brick and/or laboring.
Pay will be based off experience.
If willing to learn and work hard, we can talk about raises.
Job Description:
Masonry workers use bricks, concrete/concrete blocks, and natural or manmade stones to build structures. Masonry work is physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting and long periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. This is a full-time position.
Mon-Fri: Hours vary day to day.
Skills:
* Read blueprints or drawings to calculate materials needed
* Lay out patterns, forms, or foundations according to plans
* Break or cut materials to required size
* Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto a slab or foundation
* Clean excess mortar with trowels and other handtools
* Construct masonry walls
* Align structures, using levels and plumbs
* Clean and polish surfaces with handtools or power tools
* Fill expansion joints with caulking materials.
