What a crazy start to the year! For these clients in seville their backyards had approximately 3' drop offs in elevation and very little yard space from the stock drainage option implemented by their development builder. We installed French drains, 180 LF of 12" culvert, and trucked in over 200 tons of fill and topsoil for this set of clients in order to raise the grade and give them more yard space with proper drainage. In addition we poured 2 stamped patios, and installed over 100 LF of vinyl privacy fence! If you have a project, Kodiak can help! Reach out today
