OPEN HOUSE this week for the 2025-2026 student-built home with the River Falls Chippewa Valley Technical College Construction Program! This year's home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,724 sq.ft. rambler home built by a team of students led by their instructor, Justin Borgwardt. Lund Builders is proud of the job they have done and invite you to the open house this Wednesday (May 13, 2026) from 3:30pm to 6pm at 466 Westwood Drive in River Falls, Wisconsin 🪚🔨

Just finished another project, a 4-season porch! The porch was the perfect addition to this home bringing the outdoors in with large casement windows that swing out to catch the breeze from any direction. Maple trim with a clear coat finish was used along with a honey colored laminate flooring. 2 coordinating wall colors separated by a decorative trim band add dimension to this beautiful space. Many thanks to Rob and Kate for their partnership. They are wonderful homeowners to work with, and we hope they enjoy many happy years in their new space!

👷‍♀️ Build My Future Wisconsin 👷‍♂️

Lund Builders is proud to have helped bring the Build My Future program to Wisconsin! Each year, up to 1,600 high school students take part in this incredible event—designed to open doors to the construction industry.

🔨 Students get hands-on experience with real tools like nail guns, saws, trowels, high-lifts, skid loaders, and backhoes.
👷 They’re guided by professionals from every corner of the building trades—carpentry, insulation, utilities, concrete, excavation, and more.
🎓 The foundation behind this event is a 501(c)(3) that raises funds to award scholarships to students pursuing higher education in construction.

It’s all about giving the next generation a chance to explore, learn, and build a future they can be proud of.
