We were called upon by a customer facing issues with their under counter flashing which had become loose and causing unwanted seepage. Keeping in mind the gravity of the situation, we immediately initiated our repair and maintenance procedures for their commercial roof. Our approach involved a methodical sequence of repairing the loose seams with modified bitumen, ensuring it reinforced the area. Then we moved to the critical part of the project - sealing the counter flashing and the under counter flashing with the terminator and pin grips. This ruled out any future seepage. Lastly, we made sure to seal the flashing from the standing seam to the coping Pan-Am building in Nola. The task was demanding, but our prime focus was to deliver excellence, providing the best possible solution for our customer.

Our team was contacted by a customer experiencing issues with roof and dormers leaks. Armed with our expertise in roof leak repairs, we quickly responded and applied high-quality solutions to solve the problem. We remedied the roof leak by applying a protective sealant. Meanwhile, for the dormers, we applied American Weatherstar Ure-A-Sil system. We replaced all drip edge with custom metal. Then we primed and torched it.
