We contacted Diamond House Plumbing because the drains in our kitchen and bathrooms were acting up. Joshua responded within minutes and set up an appointment to have Steven come out the same day.

Both of them have been fantastic with answering any questions and their answers are easy to understand. My wife and I work odd schedules and they have been very accommodating to our schedules. Joshua sat down with us and explained all of our options and informed us about what was necessary and what things we could take care of later.

I appreciate that because it makes me feel that they really have what's best for the customer in mind. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I seldom write reviews, but I’ll make an exception here. As a project inspector of 25 years, I know how rare it is to find a contractor that is both reliable and budget conscious. However, I’ve never had a better experience with a construction company than Diamond House. Their quality of workmanship and attention to detail is unsurpassed. They scheduled every visit, called ahead to let us know when a technician would be arriving, and always showed up on time. Everyone we interacted with (Archie, Josh, Ambry, Joe, Christian, and a couple others who’s names I can’t recall) were professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious that their work site is also their customer’s home. They took the time to prepare each work area to keep messes to a minimum and cleaned up at the end of each day. Our outdated and water-damaged kitchen looks now like something you’d see in a magazine. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

I have a number of plumbing issues to deal with, including 2 leaks, clogged pipes, and rusted plumbing. I called at 4 pm and they scheduled an appt for 9 am-11 am the following morning. They called an hour prior to arrival to remind me and they arrived right on time. "Andrew" was polite and attentive and asked appropriate questions concerning my projects.

After working up a proposal with several options, he took the time to fully explain each option and recommendation. He took the time necessary to instill confidence in his ability, knowledge, and the company. While I am getting other estimates. I believe the estimate he provided is reasonable and well within what I expected. While they have not done any work (YET) Andrew and the company get straight 10's across the board for professionalism and customer service.

I look forward to having them do the work.
