• Assist with preparing HVAC estimates for commercial projects
• Review plans, specs, and job information
• Help gather material pricing and labor data
• Support project managers and estimators
• Maintain organized job and bid files

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems (field experience a plus)
• Ability to read plans or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Computer skills (email, spreadsheets, estimating software a plus)
