🎉 Employee Spotlight: Bradyn "Caveman" Bennett 🎉

Today we're celebrating an incredible milestone—32 years with Newman Construction!

Bradyn, better known around the jobsite as "Caveman," started his career as a laborer and worked his way up to Superintendent through hard work, dedication, and unmatched experience. Over the years, he's earned a reputation as one of the best equipment operators we've ever had and has become a respected leader both on and off the jobsite.

Last year, Bradyn played a major role in completing our Project of the Year on 14400 South in Bluffdale. This year, he's leading the way on our 6000 West Herriman project, continuing to build with the same pride, skill, and commitment that have defined his career.

Outside of work, Bradyn's greatest pride is his family. He's a proud rodeo dad who loves watching his kids compete and rarely misses a chance to cheer them on from the stands. 🤠🐎

Thank you, Bradyn, for 32 years of hard work, loyalty, and leadership. Your dedication has helped shape Newman Construction into what it is today, and we're proud to have you on our team.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Mike Davis 🌟

Today we're celebrating Mike Davis and his incredible 22 years with the company! 🎉

Mike's career is a true example of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. He started with the company as a teenager as an AP clerk 📂 and worked his way up to become our Chief Estimator/Operations Manager 👏. Through determination, a strong work ethic, and a drive to learn, Mike has grown into a key leader who has helped manage operations and led multi-million-dollar bids and projects. 💼🏗️

If there's a technology problem, Mike can usually figure it out. 💻 His intelligence, problem-solving skills, and willingness to help have made him an invaluable part of our team.

Mike is also known for his great sense of humor, positive attitude, and legendary Halloween costumes. 🎃 He brings energy, laughter, and fun wherever he goes.
