🚧 Concrete Curb Removal | Driveway Preparation 🚧

Another project completed by South Shore Unlimited!

We're on-site at a residential property preparing for a new concrete driveway pour. Our crew used the STIHL TS420 concrete saw to make clean, precise cuts through the existing concrete curbs along the sidewalk.

Once the cuts were completed, we brought in our Bobcat T66 skid steer equipped with a Blue Diamond stump bucket to lift and remove the heavy concrete sections.

By carefully cutting and removing the existing curbs, we're opening up the driveway entrance and getting the area ready for the next phase of construction.

Another one getting knocked out! 💪

We removed the existing concrete sidewalk to make way for a future driveway pour, broke up and removed the concrete, loaded everything into our dump trailer, and hauled the debris off site.

Our Kubota SCL1000 mini skid steer made quick work of the demolition, cleanup, and loading.

🌳 2,340-LB STUMP REMOVAL! 🌳

This was a big one! We removed a massive 2,340-pound stump from the property using our Bobcat T66 equipped with a Blue Diamond stump bucket.

Once the stump was completely dug out and removed, we graded and smoothed the area back out, leaving it cleaner and better than it was before.

♻️ The stump was then hauled to a recycling facility where it will be processed and turned into mulch instead of going to waste.

Putting the Kubota SCL1000 to work! 💪🚜

This job site had muddy low spots and standing water that were making it difficult for the other trades to move around and get their work done.

We used the SCL1000 to move and spread dirt throughout the problem areas, helping fill the low spots, reduce puddling, and create a much more usable working surface for everyone coming onto the site next.

Sometimes a little grading and site cleanup can make a huge difference in keeping a project moving. 👷‍♂️🏗️
