Recently completed complete kitchen remodel due to a leaking pipe for years. This client received and estimate from their Insurance company of $7k. Several contractors turned down the job and I negotiated with the insurance company to get the $25k to remodel. Hire an experienced GC with insurance restoration it’s not for the timid.

We had a price drop in material so as long as it stays significantly lower 5 1/4” big cove crown is $4.25 ft installed with material. Caulking and painting is $2.50 more material included.

Do you know this man? recently arrested Joshua Ely, 30, on charges of unlicensed contracting, organized fraud, and theft. He is using social media applications to locate his victims. Ely then obtains deposits from his victims but does not complete the work he has promised.

He has scammed victims both in and in Georgia. He may also be using a false name to scam more victims.

We have gotten many inquires last few weeks of jobs that were done by others and the clients weren’t happy with finished product. Most of them would have to be completely redone in order to make right. This is why we never take a deposit unless something has to be special ordered and can not be returned. When our job is complete we walk the client around every corner of the house we touched to ensure complete satisfaction. If someone needs a deposit to reserve a installation that should be a red flag. If they need a deposit to do 300’ or more of crown molding that is another red flag.

A lot of calls and messages about crown lately from old ads. As like everything else crown molding, labor and overhead have increased due the the sudden inflation over our economy.

The price for 5 1/4” primed pine crown(not mdf as we won’t use this cheap imitation) is $4.50 a ft installed .
Caulking and painting is $2.50 more a ft.
We are still the least inexpensive around and one of the only ones who doesn’t take any money upfront.
