Big progress happening on our custom waterfront build on Singer Island 🌴🔨

The plumbers are officially getting started on the underground plumbing phase — one of the most important foundations behind a high-end custom home build. From drain lines to water systems, every detail is being carefully laid out before the trenches get prepped, inspected and poured.

Building on the water comes with its own unique challenges, but seeing this project continue to take shape is exciting. One step closer to bringing this incredible waterfront vision to life.

This kitchen transformation is one for the books. We took the original footprint and completely reimagined the space—expanding the kitchen to create a more open, functional layout that truly fits the home and the way our clients live.

By relocating the exterior windows, we brought in better natural light and re-centered the entire design around it. The new flooring ties everything together seamlessly, giving the space a clean, elevated feel from every angle.

The heart of the project? Fully custom cabinetry, finished in a one-of-a-kind paint color that was carefully selected to make a statement while staying timeless. Every detail was intentional, right down to the hardware.

And to top it off, we installed a full suite of top-of-the-line appliances, including a built-in coffee bar that brings a little luxury to the everyday routine.

From layout to finishes, this kitchen is now as functional as it is beautiful.
