Drywall repair, paint walls and paint trim.

House completed. Windows sealed, stucco patched and painted, windows reglazed, threshold on backdoor replaced, floor joist in crawlspace replace and sill plate, all carpet torn out , refinish hardwood floors, new flooring in kitchen, cabinets refinished, new trim, duct in attic insulated, bathroom gutted and redone, all new paint inside and out, plus lots more.

These are hard to see but customer had major water leaks. We cut all the old galvanized pipe out and replaced with pex. A very cramped crawl space and extremely muddy but we get it done.

We took out the shower and turning it into a closet. Took up the old floor and put new flooring down.
