Challenges don’t slow us down — they sharpen us.

These 400–500 lb windows were installed 16 feet in the air. It required detailed planning, properly secured scaffolding, and bringing in a lift to execute safely and efficiently. Once everything was in place, it was smooth sailing.

The right equipment. The right team. The right results.

The lake’s being lowered, and it only happens once every 4 years.
Now’s your chance to inspect and repair what’s usually underwater. We’ve put together a free homeowner checklist to help you spot issues before they turn into costly repairs.

👋🏻 It’s been a minute, but we’re back with a sneak peek at one of our current builds on Heritage Lake!

This custom dock wraps around the shoreline to create a seamless extension of the home. We’re also adding a cozy porch hangout zone beside the house to give this family the ultimate spot for lakeside lounging, entertaining, and making memories. 🌅

If we remember to film it, you might even get an update. No promises. 😅 We tend to build more than we post… priorities, right?

Just Another Day at the Office

When your office view includes a barge, an excavator, and some fresh Vondersaar gear 😎

Driving pilings, building docks, and keeping the lakefront looking good — one hoodie... I mean dock at a time.
