Before ➡️ after on this backyard upgrade!

Started with an existing concrete slab and transformed it into a functional outdoor living space by installing a 12'x30' metal cover, framing in the sides, wrapping it with Hardie board siding, and adding bug screens. We ran electrical for outlets, lighting, and a TV to make it perfect for entertaining or relaxing year round!

If you have a backyard space you are not using, this is a great way to add comfort and value to your property without the cost of a full home addition.

Installed a new metal roof on a mobile home. Stripped the old roofing down to the deck, inspected for water damage, and installed new underlayment and vent boots.

Transformed this patio by first removing the existing stones, leveling the area, and expanding it to create a more uniform look. Re-laid the stones and secured them with mortar, and added brick walkways leading onto the patio.

Update on the house we are working on in oakdale.
Old siding and sheathing removed.
New sheathing and house wrap installed.
Framed out and boxed in for soffit.
New fiber cement lap siding and trim as well as facia and soffit.
Siding and trim painted.
Next we will be moving onto the interior demo and remodel.

Before and afters of a pond extension we’ve been working on. Swipe to see this transformation! 🤩

We started by removing all of the sediment in the bottom of the pond, dug the extension while creating an island in the middle, relined the pond dam with clay, and finished it all off by laser leveling the surrounding pond dam and island.
