Here's a couple finish pictures of a stone coated steel shingle roof we installed on a dental office in Normal, IL. We provided this business a conventional looking roof that employs the longevity and durability of metal roofing. And we are able to accommodate solar panel systems by waterproofing the bases of the panels while we install the new roof!

Starting wages are $20 per hour, with an increase to $22.50 per hour after 90 days, and another increase to $25 per hour after 180 days. All increases are subject to the employee's attendance and performance meeting the expectations set forth by management and company policies outlined in our handbook.

Metal roofing is unique in that it can be installed year-round, which means that you work year-round and won't experience seasonal layoffs. The demand for residential metal roofing continues to rise; and this means the need for dedicated metal roofing installers/technicians also increases. Metal roofing is considered a "specialty" roof, and therefore, craftsmanship is vital to the performance and the look of the roof.
