Position: Experienced Residential Carpenter

Type: Full-Time. Monday - Thursday 7:00 - 5:00

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

Execute expert carpentry work on custom home builds, additions, and remodeling projects.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate and high-quality work.
Measure, cut, and install various materials, including framing, cabinetry, trim, and moldings.
Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work site.
Address any on-site issues or adjustments with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

Experienced in residential carpentry, with a strong background in custom home building, additions, and remodeling.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and technical documents.
Demonstrated skill in framing, finish work, cabinetry, and other essential carpentry tasks.
Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Own basic hand tools (additional tools and equipment provided by the company).

Preferred Qualifications:

5 + yrs experience or certification in carpentry.
Experience with high-end residential projects and custom features.
Knowledge of local building codes and industry best practices.

Look at this Custom Chicken Coop. It has rough cut cedar ceilings, LED lighting that works off of Alexa, an automatic chicken door, cedar tree with roost bars, water system that keeps the water clean, easy open windows, security cameras, concrete perimeter that keeps predators out and easy access nesting boxes.
