Alouf Custom Builders is a third-generation, family-owned company specializing in custom homes, additions, garages, remodeling and kitchen renovations. We are not a production or tract-home builder. Every project is different and built specifically for our client.

We are looking for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in detailed, high-quality work. Our projects include finish carpentry, cabinetry, built-ins, trim, specialty woodworking and unique features such as custom-built hidden doors and bookcases.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 10 years of residential carpentry experience preferred
• Strong trim, finish-carpentry and cabinetry skills
• Able to read plans, measure accurately and work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
• Must own standard personal carpentry tools; specialty equipment is provided
• Honest, dependable and committed to quality workmanship
• Must meet the company’s hiring and background-screening requirements

SCHEDULE:

• Full-time position
• Regular schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Friday work and additional hours or overtime may be required as needed to keep projects on schedule

PAY AND BENEFITS:

• $25–$33 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skill
• Four-day regular workweek
• One week of paid vacation after one year of continuous full-time employment
• Two weeks of paid vacation after three years
• 401(k) retirement plan with company match
• Voluntary supplemental insurance options, including life, cancer, short-term disability and long-term disability coverage

Responsibilities:

Execute expert carpentry work on custom home builds, additions, and remodeling projects.

Here at Alouf Custom Builders our imagination is not limited to only building custom homes.
Look at this Custom Chicken Coop. It has rough cut cedar ceilings, LED lighting that works off of Alexa, an automatic chicken door, cedar tree with roost bars, water system that keeps the water clean, easy open windows, security cameras, concrete perimeter that keeps predators out and easy access nesting boxes.
