Dear Customers and Friends,
After almost 45 years of letting our family serve your family and business needs for locks, keys, safes and so much more; Teresa and I feel this is the right time to pass the torch and enjoy our retirement. Our B&D Lock family could not be a better group of people to work with as the work chemistry is phenomenal! I truly will miss that every day.
Seth Warden, who has been working with B&D Lock since January 2023, has decided to take over our legacy and continue serving the Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas.
Seth brings more than 20 years of experience in the locksmith and security industry and has been an integral part of our operations, most recently serving as Lead Technician and Safe Specialist. His background includes advanced safe opening, project management, team leadership and a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence. Seth is highly knowledgeable, dependable and committed to maintaining the high standards our clients have come to expect. Beyond his professional expertise, Seth is a devoted husband and father to two boys. He values integrity, trust and long-term relationships – both at work and at home. We are confident the business is in excellent hands under his leadership.
Seth’s family, along with us, have been working towards B&D Lock’s future for over the last year or so. We feel confident that we are leaving our legacy in good hands.
Teresa and I will be stepping aside and handing the torch over to Seth. We will be stepping aside by the end of April.
