For this project, we completely redesigned the layout to create a more functional and elegant space. We relocated the laundry room from the opposite side of the basement, moved the toilet to improve the bathroom’s flow, and installed new LVP flooring throughout the basement for a seamless, modern finish.

This basement was completely transformed into a beautiful and functional living space featuring two new bedrooms, one full bathroom, and new LVP flooring throughout.

To create a spacious open-concept layout, we partially removed a load-bearing wall and installed a new LVL beam to provide the necessary structural support while opening up the space.

• Elegant wallpaper accents
• A custom-stained staircase for a rich, finished look
• Fresh paint, trim, and detailed finishes throughout

Big transformations start behind the scenes, and this project is already taking shape. 🙌🏼

We’re currently remodeling this basement by adding 2 new bedrooms and a bathroom, while also making structural changes on the main level to create a more open and functional layout for this beautiful family. 🏡✨

A lot of work happens before the final reveal, but every cut, every structural adjustment, and every step of the process matters when building something solid and lasting. 💪🏼
