This home was dealing with a high water table along with settlement cracks in the poured-concrete foundation.

Our crew completed a full basement waterproofing system that included:
• Full-perimeter interior French drain
• Two sump pumps
• Clean-stone drainage system below the slab
• Wall drainage membrane tied into the French drain
• Foundation settlement crack repairs
• Exterior discharge and drywell

The new system is designed to collect groundwater around the foundation and direct it to the sump pumps before it can enter the basement.
