Big moment for C&W Contracting: we just finished our first full house build from the ground up!

Years of hard work, learning, and Appalachian grit went into this. We’re a crew of young mountain men who grew up swinging hammers and never stopped leveling up. From landscaping roots to full construction—this house is proof of what hard work and heritage can build.

Huge thanks and congratulations to Jeremy and Cheset on your beautiful new home — and thank you for trusting us with the honor of building it. 🙏🏽

Meet 15 year old Jackson Lane aka “Action Jackson”

This summer, we had the chance to bring a young man onto the crew here at C&W Contracting and let us tell you, he proved something important.

Too often these days, folks doubt the work ethic of the younger generation. But this kid? He showed up early, stayed late, and worked hard every step of the way. No shortcuts, no complaints—just good, honest labor.

He didn’t just meet expectations; he reminded us of what Appalachian work ethic looks like when it’s alive and well in the next generation. For that, we’re proud to call him one of our own.

Keep your eyes on this one. He’s going places—and we’re lucky to say he started here. 💪

After 1 month and a week, we believe the C&W leaf removal list is complete. If we have missed anyone please holler in the next couple days before we take the leaf vac in for maintenance!
