All cutting boards are finished with food grade/food safe oil to keep your cutting boards in pristine shape. After use it is important to wash with light soap and water , air dry and then reapply oil once dry. We recommend using tung oil or mineral oil.

If your board is epoxied remember never to use the epoxy side for cutting as it will damage the epoxy.
