The ceiling buyers notice first in the Grandeur’s primary suite. Coffered beams overhead, a full-length mirror that catches the morning light, and the ensuite spa bath just through the door. Falcon Estates — Move-In Ready.

This is the kitchen you actually cook in — not the one you photograph once. Brass fixtures, a farmhouse sink, counter space that doesn’t run out mid-recipe. 50 years of L&R craftsmanship, one countertop at a time.

It's the little things that make a house a custom home. 🏡

This kitchen alone has a true galley layout, a dedicated pot filler, and double ovens — the kind of details you only get when a builder designs for how people actually live, not just how a listing photographs.

Walk through the family room, the flex space, and the kitchen that ties it all together.
