We are a small neighborhood family owned electrical contractor specializing in personal service to our customers from the moment they call until our work with them is completed to their satisfaction. We provide 24 hour emergency electrical service and when you call us a Dean Electric Inc. employee will answer your call ~ not a machine and not an answering service.

So saddened to post this but we have decided that Dean Electric Inc. must close. Many of you know that the owner, Tim Webb, contracted COVID in December 2020 and was hospitalized for four days. Despite the fact that his was not an extreme case (not in ICU or intubated), he continues to suffer long hauler issues. We had hoped that things would get better over time, and they have to some degree, but not to the extent that he can return to full time electrical work. Thank you to all of our customers and contractors who have entrusted their electrical services to us over the past twenty years. We will miss you and wish you all the very best.

Another update on the status of owner Tim Webb and his continuing COVID recovery. He is getting better / stronger every week but continues to be under physician care for Covid long hauler issues. He will see his Pulmonary physician on Friday, April 23rd for follow up of CT and pulmonary function testing which is scheduled for Tuesday, April 20th. This has been so much more than we imagined and continued good thoughts and prayers for both Tim and his wife Karen would be much appreciated. Calls for electrical services at this time are being referred to fellow electrical contractors for immediate service or placed on a call list here at our office for when Tim can get back on the road. Thank you to our customers who have called just to check on Tim's status...we appreciate your concern.

Just a heads up / update to those of you who have not heard...
Tim was hospitalized on December 4, 2020 and diagnosed with COVID 19 the next morning. He remained in the hospital (Troy Beaumont) for four days and has been home recuperating since that time. This has been a slow and frustrating process for Tim, his wife and Dean Electric Inc. Tim will see a Pulmonary physician on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2021 as his CT scan last week indicated either residual pneumonia or residual COVID issue in one lung. Our hope is that this Doctor will pave the way for his complete recovery and eventual return to work. Dean Electric Inc. intends to return to active status and servicing our customers once again as soon as possible. In the meantime, we appreciate your good thoughts and prayers for Tim's recovery. COVID 19 is very real and effects everyone in different way! Mask up....maintain six foot distancing and stay safe!!

Due to Covid-19 we are suspending electrical service work until all clear is given by the State of Michigan. We are saddened to have to do this but consider it our duty to protect our customers and ourselves from this terrible disease. We hope and pray that all our customers are staying safe and healthy. We will get through this. we look forward to working in your homes again and providing you with excellent electrical service. STAY HOME - SAVE LIVES!
