Bedient Construction is hiring. We are looking for a full time pipe layer for mostly residential basement excavations. Must have experience, work is 5 to 6 days a week, compensation based on experience. Job responsibilities include taping mains(water and sewer), running pvc leads for basements, running water services for basements, shooting grades/elevations, reading plans, and coring walls. Bedient Construction pays 100% health insurance, 10 paid holidays, year end bonus, and competitive wages. Most work is in Oakland County. We have been in business for 50 years and are 3rd generation owners.

Bedient Construction is looking for a full time Heavy Equipment and Truck Mechanic/Maintenance employee. Most of the work will be maintenance, brakes, oil changes, hydraulic lines, etc. 100% employer paid heath insurance for the employee, competitive pay, year end bonus. We are a small family owned excavating, grading, and demolition company with a dumpster wing. We have 25 vehicles and over 30 pieces of equipment to maintain. Most work will be in our shop (Rochester Hills), some emergency field work is required.

Bedient Construction is looking to add at least one heavy equipment operator to the team. We are looking for an excavator operator to work mostly on our residential sites. Jobs include digging basements, installing sewer and water leads, running conduits and other utilities, and general excavation tasks. Our operators MUST have a CDL A to move their own machines. Work is Monday through Saturday starting at 7 AM and ending between 5 and 7 depending on the job. Time and a half for any work over 40 hours, 100% employer payed health insurance after 90 days, year end bonus. We have well kept and maintained machines, we are well organized and work year round, and most of our employees have been with us long term. Pay based on experience. Bedient Construction is looking to hire at least one labor for finish crew and various construction tasks. Jobs include shoveling and raking around new residential houses and working with operators to make lots landscape ready. Other tasks included top man/pipe crew work, pump operation, maintenance and clean up of equipment. Work is Monday through Saturday 10 to 12 hours weekdays and 8 on Saturday. Work starts at 7 AM daily. 100% health insurance payed for by the employer after 90 days, time and a half for work over 40 hours, weekly pay, and year end bonus. Pay based on experience.

Bedient Construction and Bedient Dumpster Rentals are looking for CDL A Truck Driver for Lead Dump and Hook Lift Dumpster Trucks. There is a position available for each type of truck. Drivers must have clean driving record, be able to work 6 days a week, work well with others, and show up on time. Pay is based on experience, health insurance after 90 days 100% payed by employer, time and a half after 40 hours, and year end bonus. New trucks to drive. Work is year round. Experience on machines is a plus but not required.

Bedient Construction is looking to add at least one labor to its staff. We are currently looking for at least one labor for our finish grade crew. Job tasks include shoveling, raking, sweeping, keeping grade for the operators, and other various labor type jobs. Position is full time, Monday through Saturday 7:00 AM to between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM. Time and a half over 40, medical insurance for the employee 100% covered by Bedient Construction, year end bonus. Pay is based on experience, we will train the right person. Bedient Dumpster Rentals, a sister company to Bedient Construction, is looking for another full time CDL driver to join our growing team. Duties include upkeep of trucks, tarping of loads, hauling both steel and rubber tire dumpsters, and communicating with both customers and dispatch. Heavy equipment experience is a plus. Medical insurance 100% paid by Bedient Dumpster Rentals is available after 90 days. Year end Bonuses. Hook lift Trucks, Dumpsters, and Trailers are all new. Compensation based on experience.
