Celebrating an exciting milestone at Hillside Family of Agencies Golisano Campus at Crestwood! 🎉

Last month, we joined Hillside, SWBR and Cornerstone to celebrate the opening of the first cottage as part of the campus expansion project. LeChase is proud to serve as construction manager on this project, which will add new cottages, recreational spaces, a courtyard and make various technology and utility upgrades.

We look forward to seeing the continued positive impact this project will have on our community!

Big things are happening at the Upstate Pathology Institute! 🚧 Once complete, the facility will consolidate SUNY Upstate Medical University’s pathology services and include spaces for teaching, conferences and employee support – plus areas for drone and courier specimen transport.

We’re proud to be part of a project that will make a lasting impact on the Central NY community!

Step inside the Saunders Center for Orthopaedics & Physical Performance at Marketplace Mall! 🩺

This 330,000-SF project for University of Rochester Medicine transformed former retail space into the largest orthopaedic facility in the Northeastern U.S. The facility features 144 exam rooms, advanced imaging equipment and eight operating rooms, including the first U.S. installation of the modular Clean Cube OR system.

LeChase served as construction manager on this impactful “malls to medicine” transformation project – helping create a state-of-the-art healthcare destination for the greater Rochester community.

United for a great cause! 🫶 Our Rochester team spent the day participating in United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes Day of Caring yesterday, volunteering with Mary Cariola Center.

From tearing down a pool to painting a fence, the team was proud to lend a hand at one of Mary Cariola’s residential homes and support the incredible work they do in our community.

What a great day giving back in our community! Last week, LeChase team members volunteered alongside Buckingham Properties at the Paychex Junior Achievement of Central Upstate New York Discovery Center, helping local students navigate the BizTown simulation.

Students had the chance to explore career paths while building real-world financial and business skills. It’s great to see the center in action and making such a positive impact on so many students in our community!

518 Day in action! ☀️ Our NY Capital Region team partnered with GE Aerospace to volunteer with Schenectady Urban Farms as part of United Way of the Greater Capital Region’s 518 Day.

The group spent the day helping with farm cleanup, weeding and preparing the site for the warmer months ahead. A great day spent giving back and supporting our community!
