A look inside the Rochester Institute of Technology Performing Arts Center project! 🎼 Hear from the team as they share the process behind the incredible new facility.

LeChase was proud to serve as construction manager on the four-story, 50,000-SF facility and 750-seat theater. Complete with rehearsal space, costume and scene shops, offices, and a variety of public and backstage support areas – the center is ready to support performing arts students for years to come!

Making progress at the Spa Little Theater! 🚧🎭 The team is hard at work revitalizing the historic theater in Saratoga Springs – making important upgrades while restoring many of the building’s historic elements.

The team is wrapping up plaster refinishing, installing new wall panel murals and trims, completing above-ceiling mechanical work and more. Next, with scaffolding erected on the stage, work will begin on rigging system demolition, painting and sprinkler work behind the proscenium.

Our NY Capital Region team is so proud to partner with Saratoga Performing Arts Center on this amazing project. More updates coming soon!

The tower crane is up at the Syracuse University Graduate Hotel project! 🏗️ This exciting milestone marks a major step forward as the project begins to take shape.

Celebrating award-winning projects! 🏆 Four LeChase projects have been recognized in the Engineering News-Record New York Regional Best Projects Competition:

The Cornell University Computing and Information Science (CIS) Building and the Oak Hill Country Club Master Plan Renovation and Expansion projects received Best Project Awards, and the Rochester Institute of Technology Performing Arts Center and Saratoga County Airport New Terminal and Jet Hangar projects received Awards of Merit.
