This project started with an overgrown area that was completely inaccessible and causing water to collect on the property.

We cleared out the brush, regraded the area, and turned it into usable space the homeowner can now enjoy, while also fixing the drainage issue.

Now the yard not only looks better, but functions the way it should. 👍
