We gave this home a fresh new look with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Charcoal, and the results turned out great. We love how this color adds a clean, sharp finish to the home.

This roof got more than just new shingles! We installed spray foam insulation and baffles to improve ventilation and energy efficiency, along with ice and water shield running up the wall transitions for added protection against leaks and ice buildup. 🏠

We are frustrated that the roofing industry has so many non contractors evaluating and selling roofs. It's not always about the big sale. Yes, it's nice when someone wants to and is ready to do a full replacement and get a warranty on a new roof but why not give them other options as welll?! Why hard close?! Stop the madness! It's not fair to the customers or your competitors. Treat your customers like people with freedom to make their own choices without being coerced.

This video is from an appointment Patrick went to in Geneseo. The customer has had multiple companies come but no one could even give an idea of where the leak was coming from. They would send a salesman to sit with her for hours and talk her into a new roof. Not one of them noticed the missing pipe boot gasket or could explain to her that her second layer of shingles were installed incorrectly. Push warranties all you want but if your evalution team doesn't understand a roof system and isnt able to trace leaks you should not be selling!!

It has been a busy season repairing roofs after a long, cold winter.

We were originally called to this home back in January for ice damming issues. At that time, it was clear that the roof was starting to break down, but once we began the replacement, we found the real reason this home had been struggling with ice dams.

The insulation had deteriorated and was no longer doing its job, allowing heat to escape into the attic and contribute to the ice damming problem.

This home is now ready for winter with a brand-new roof and a fresh blanket of insulation to help keep the heat where it belongs.

This is the home of a 97-year-old veteran, and we were honored to complete a full roof and gutter replacement for him.

I have to say, he quickly became one of my favorite customers. Just the sweetest, most easygoing man. Full of stories, kindness, and the brightest outlook on the future, even at 97 years old.

It’s a good reminder that we can all learn something when we slow down and take the time to talk with those who have truly lived through it all.

Grateful to have worked with him and thankful for his service.🎖️
