UA Maintenance – Rochester, NY

We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Line Striping Technician to join our team! Full‑time position, Monday–Friday, with occasional nights/weekends based on workload.

What You’ll Do
- Operate line striping equipment to layout & stripe parking lots
- Use tape measures and tools of the trade for accurate layout
- Inspect, clean & maintain tools and equipment
- Safely operate trucks/machinery and haul equipment to/from job sites
- Follow proper operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience using a tape measure
- 2+ years striping experience preferred
- Able to pass DOT physical & drug test
- Self‑motivated, safety‑minded, dependable, and detail‑oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong initiative and commitment
- Reliable attendance and adherence to safety regulations

Pay & Schedule
- $19–$24/hr depending on experience
- Paid weekly
- Full‑time, Monday–Friday
- Nights/weekends as needed based on business needs

Full‑Time & Part‑Time Positions | UA Maintenance – Rochester, NY

We’re expanding our team and looking for reliable CDL Class A & B Drivers to join our growing operation. If you’re safety‑minded, dependable, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Safely operate dump trucks to and from job sites, asphalt plants, and rock quarries
- Transport heavy equipment (Bobcats, rollers, etc.) as needed
- Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections
- Follow all OSHA & DOT regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service on every job

Qualifications
- Self‑motivated, safety‑focused, dependable, and detail‑oriented
- Strong teamwork skills
- Quick learner who adapts to change
- Clean, valid driver’s license
- Class A Drivers: Must be able to operate a manual transmission
- 1 year experience preferred
- Must pass drug & medical test and enroll in DOT consortium
- Clean MVR (we will run one)

Pay
Class A: $27.00–$29.00/hr (based on experience)
Positions Available: 2–4 openings

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Sealcoating Team! Full‑time positions available, Monday–Friday with some evenings/weekends based on workload.

What You’ll Do
- Clean & prep pavement surfaces before sealing
- Use blowers (handheld & machine‑driven), brooms, shovels, wheelbarrows, and other tools
- Apply sealer using broom application
- Operate company vehicles safely
- Inspect, clean & maintain tools and equipment
- Support the crew with additional tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For
- Self‑motivated, safety‑minded, dependable, and detail‑oriented
- Team player with a friendly attitude
- Quick learner who adapts to change
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Professional and respectful with coworkers, foreman, and customers
