We’re thrilled to reveal the design for this re-imagined, 5-story mixed-use development! 🏙️

Here’s a look at this re-imagined, 5-story mixed-use development:
- 230 Affordable Housing Units bringing fresh living options to the neighborhood.
- Active Ground-Floor Retail along Elmwood Ave to keep the streetscape lively.
- Elevated Courtyard & Private Resident Amenities hugging the block to foster connection.
- Thoughtful Architecture designed to respect both the commercial vibe of Elmwood and the residential feel of Amherst & Marion.
