We’re honored to announce that Pike Construction Services has received the Associated General Contractors of America - New York Jeffrey J. Zogg Build New York Award for the Rochester Regional Health - St. Lawrence Region – Regional Care Pavilion project at Canton-Potsdam Hospital! 🏆👏

This transformative healthcare expansion delivered a new 120,000 SF, four-story Regional Care Pavilion featuring 60 private patient rooms, a modernized Emergency Department with 28 treatment rooms, expanded trauma capabilities, and enhanced behavioral health spaces — all while maintaining full hospital operations throughout construction.

As the only Level III Trauma Center in St. Lawrence County, this project significantly enhances access to high-quality healthcare for the North Country community. Through strong collaboration with Rochester Regional Health - St. Lawrence Region, LaBella Associates, our trade partners, and local stakeholders, this project was completed safely, efficiently, and with a commitment to innovation, community impact, and patient-centered care.

We are incredibly proud of the entire project team whose dedication and partnership made this award-winning project possible. Congratulations to everyone involved!

Our team has been having a great time coming together in support of United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes through a series of fun and engaging fundraising events!

So far, Pike employees have participated in:
🧠 Lunchtime Trivia
🌸 Petals & Plates — featuring bouquet making and Rochester-style garbage plates
⛳ A Masters Golf Event complete with tournament streaming, putting contests, and golf challenges

These events are a great reminder that giving back to our community can also bring people together. Thank you to everyone who has participated and helped support United Way’s mission throughout our communities!

Pike Construction Services proud to have served as construction manager for this new 90-unit senior living community located on Jewish Home’s 75-acre Winton Road campus. Designed for adults 62+, Lilac Grove offers a vibrant, amenity-rich environment featuring a fitness center, pickleball courts, deli, hair salon, and access to home and healthcare services.

We are honored to have partnered with Jewish Home, SWBR and all project team members to help bring this important community-focused development to life.

We’re proud to share that Pike and our design partners, LaBella Associates, have received the CSI - Rochester, NY Chapter Design-Build Award for the West Herr Performing Arts Center Renovation project! 🏆🎭

This transformative, multi-phase renovation project enhanced accessibility, improved the patron experience, and preserved one of Rochester’s most iconic cultural landmarks. Through a true collaborative design-build partnership with Rochester Broadway Theatre League, our integrated team worked together to deliver thoughtful improvements that will serve the community for years to come.

Progress continues at the Newburgh Enlarged City School District’s new Career and Technical Education (CTE) Center! 🚧

This future-ready facility will support hands-on learning across a wide range of programs, including auto body and technology, construction trades, barbering and cosmetology, culinary arts, health sciences, and more. Designed to prepare students for in-demand careers, the new CTE Center will serve as a hub for innovation, skill-building, and opportunity.

We’re excited to see this project take shape and look forward to welcoming students when doors open in September 2026!

Across our jobsites, our teams came together for safety stand downs focused on Recognize, Respond, and Respect - taking the time to pause, engage, and reinforce the importance of protecting one another during high-energy, high-hazard work.

🔧 Project Scope: The project consists of a new 114,500 SF laboratory facility incorporating a geothermal heating and cooling system, with wellfields extending approximately 800 feet below grade. The building also includes a high-bay warehouse and garage. An optimized layout has been designed to enhance operational workflow while providing flexibility to accommodate future growth and evolving needs.
