Service & Inspections Behind the Scenes

Last week, one of our inspectors Tim had to enter an underground system located in the middle of a parking lot. A job like this takes serious planning between our field and safety teams.

Confined-space procedures, traffic control, gas monitoring, tripod and retrieval equipment, rescue planning, and additional personnel all have to be in place before anyone enters.

Cool work, challenging conditions, and most importantly done safely. Great job, Tim and the Service & Inspections team!

The best leaders don’t lead from an office, they lead by being present with their crews.

While out visiting one of our job sites, Director of HSSE James Fox captured this photo of Vice President of Construction Frank Downey spending time in the field alongside the men and women who make Colonial Fire Protection Systems Inc successful every day.

Leadership is about showing up, building relationships, listening to your team, understanding the challenges they face, and supporting them where the work happens. The strongest leaders aren’t afraid to put on their boots, walk the jobsite, and stand shoulder to shoulder with their crews.

At Colonial Fire Protection Systems Inc, we believe leadership isn’t measured by a title, it’s measured by your presence, your commitment to your people, and your willingness to lead from the front.

It's always rewarding to see a project come to completion and watch the finished vision come to life.
