This project began as a standard backyard shed and was transformed into a fully customized “She Shed,” built from the ground up per our client’s vision.

At Hub Chan Remodeling, we don’t just handle traditional home and commercial renovations. We also design and construct custom backyard spaces tailored to our clients’ lifestyles and needs.

This structure was framed, insulated, and fully renovated to support heating and air conditioning, creating a comfortable, year-round retreat. Every design element was completed according to the customer’s request and available budget. Optional additions such as gutters and eaves were discussed and can be incorporated at any time.

🔥 2-Tier Deck Demolition – Winter Edition 🔥Customer called and needed this 2-tier deck demolished starting the very next day.We made it happen.Before demolition could even begin, we had to remove heavy melting snow that was covering the entire deck. This project started in the kitchen.

We:
• Removed existing countertops
• Disconnected plumbing & electrical
• Prepped and leveled cabinets for installation by another contractor

There was a noticeable slope in the floor near the refrigerator. Water was pooling underneath due to a low spot. We corrected and leveled the affected area to eliminate the bowl effect.

The homeowner wanted the entire floor raised and redone, but due to the previous renovation layout and structural transitions, lifting the whole floor would have caused elevation issues throughout the rest of the home. We explained the limitations clearly and fixed what could be properly corrected without creating bigger problems. That’s responsible renovation.

We also removed the dividing wall between the kitchen and dining area, opening the space into one seamless room. Now it flows beautifully from cooking to gathering.

New waterproof flooring was installed:
• From the garage hallway
• Into the powder room
• Through the kitchen
• Into the dining area

Continuous flow. Clean transitions. Modern finish.

Family Bathroom Renovation (Paint Ready Finish)

This was a full tear-out.

We:
• Removed all floor & wall tile
• Repaired damaged subfloor
• Updated plumbing drains
• Installed new vanity, mirror, light fixture, exhaust fan
• Installed new vinyl flooring
• Installed a custom walk-in shower insert with tiled surround
• Extended the bathroom width per client request

Everything brought to paint-ready condition. We prep it right so the finish work comes out flawless.

We also added:
• 6 recessed lights in the living room with dimmers

Lighting changes everything.

Full Attic Conversion – Two Bedrooms + Full Bath

This was a full attic build-out.

We created:
• Two bedrooms
• Two closets
• One full bathroom
• Separate entrances to each bedroom
• Separate exits from each room

Installed:
• Insulation
• Drywall (paint ready finish)
• Four recessed lights in each bedroom
• New bathroom flooring
• Custom shower installation

From unfinished attic space to fully functional living quarters. Smart layout. Code-conscious framing. Clean ex*****on.
