Jim and Diana Matusik formed The Tree Connection, Inc., a wholesale nursery stock distribution company, to begin operations in October 2003. The purpose of the company is to procure and distribute the finest quality nursery stock from various growers on the East and West Coasts, in Michigan and North Carolina to accounts in the Mid West market. These accounts consist of garden centers, nurseries a

nd landscape companies. Jim first began working in the Nursery Industry in 1986, and over the years has worked in many aspects of the industry. He started out working in lawn maintenance and installation and moved his way into the sales force. He has forged solid relationships with his customers, many of whom have been buying from him for the past twenty-five years. was created as a result of these strong relationships.

Every year on Christmas Eve we sit down in our great room and read "’Twas the Night Before Christmas" as a family, each of us reading a page.
