After a few months of delays, we finally have the green light.

The Town of Webster required us to stop work on this project until architectural drawings were completed and a building permit was approved for the exterior siding and non-structural interior renovations.

Everything is now approved, and we’re excited to get back to work and start finishing up the exterior of this building.

Stay tuned — we’ve got a lot of progress coming.

Nothing like clean trucks ready for the next job. Santelli Services did an excellent job detailing the fleet, and Vital Signs knocked out the Oakes Construction graphics. Really happy with how everything turned out.

Full exterior transformation on this one. Removed the original front porch and built a larger new layout with Trex Foggy Wharf decking. All posts, beams, and window trim wrapped in white PVC for long-term durability. Finished off with new vinyl siding, a new roof, and a new slider door.
