Laundry room + dog wash just about done on this one.
We’re in the last few days of this full house remodel and this space turned out exactly how it should—simple, clean, and built to actually be used.
This whole project has been a grind but seeing it come together like this makes it worth it.

This one was all about balance.
Warm walnut tones paired with bright quartz, clean lines, and just enough detail to make it feel high-end without overdoing it.
The island anchors the space, while the natural light and layered lighting keep it feeling open and inviting.

Turning wasted space into something that actually works.
This Cape Cod style home had a second floor that just didn’t function — tight layout, low ceilings, and space you couldn’t really use.
We redesigned it into a fully functional walk-in shower and bathroom, maximizing every inch without overcomplicating the space.
The biggest challenge here was lighting.
Cape Cod second floors don’t always give you natural light where you need it — so we got creative.
• Integrated LED lighting in the shower
• Backlit niche for both function + depth
• Clean, bright finishes to reflect light and open up the space
Now it feels bigger, brighter, and built for everyday use.
This is what smart remodeling looks like — solving real problems, not just making things look good.

This one was part of a primary suite renovation in Pittsford.

The homeowners made the call to invest in the house they’re already in instead of jumping into the Rochester market right now. With prices still all over the place, it just made more sense to make their current space work for their growing family.

We reworked the layout to give them a bathroom that actually functions day to day. Double vanity, marble tops, clean finishes—nothing over the top, just done right.

That’s been a common theme lately. People aren’t rushing to move—they’re upgrading what they have and making it fit their life now.
