Building clarity, sequencing, and shared accountability through effective Pull Planning.

A comprehensive visual pull-planning session was conducted with participation from DiPasquale Construction, Inc., Pike Construction Services, and all trade partners to define and sequence the remaining work for the Monroe Community College ATC Project. The session focused on aligning the balance of construction activities and reinforcing cross-trade coordination to maintain a unified ex*****on path.

Progress in Motion at Monroe Community College’s Advanced Technology Center (ATC) Project in Rochester, NY!

Since mobilizing in April 2025, the project has seen remarkable advancement, with the foundation and structural steel complete and active work continuing on the building exterior, interior framing, roofing, site work and MEP rough-ins.

Take a look at the ongoing progress and a few rendering clips showcasing how these spaces will come to life upon completion.

Every milestone reflects the dedication, precision, and craftsmanship of the entire team. The ATC Project stands as a testament to what’s possible through collaboration and expertise, the very essence of our belief: “Together, We Build on Trust.”
