I just wanted to jump on my friend's site the owner of this company and let everyone know that this man has the biggest heart I've ever had the pleasure of knowing this man goes to CSL plasma donates blood plasma to help people who are sick, yeah he gets paid for it, he then takes the money he makes and sends it to the humane society for animals so they can take care of them rescued puppies and kitties and farm animals that have been rescued so please remember life is short give what you can and you get in return a thousand times over, he has taught me this many times

Well folks happy holidays it's been awhile since we've updated the progress on the Monroe Avenue project the new Han Noodle Bar things have been progressing a lot faster past few weeks we've gotten Plumbing in stone in and as of Monday a new concrete slab for the new floor but now that the floors down things are going to progress at rocket speed we are very excited to see this project come to an end and bring a well enjoyed restaurant the seating space it really deserved so here are the latest photos all the progress that's been done in the past 3 or 4 weeks I will try to keep them in order happy holidays y'all

Well it's the winter again guess what guys if you're still asleep we got hit with a lot of snow just a little shout out to my fellow plow contractors and shovel contractors y'all doing a great job but there's a few things I got to remind you of

1 when you're pushing snow out of a driveway you cannot push that snow across the street it is illegal it is a 100 dollar fine if they catch you and or your customer will get that fine so be forewarned

2 if you run in the dark colored truck you should have flashers on your truck and technically for safety issues all trucks should have flashers on them and they should be on at all times while that plow is on your truck as a warning to other drivers

3 if you put a couple of spare tires with no rims a little piece of chain attached to those tires in your back of your pickups with the chain to hook on your plow you can help push a lot of people out make a little extra cash you know some people throw five bucks just for helping them out I know it ain't much but that way the rubber tires are shock absorbers between bumper tow car bumper to plow and that helps get them the heck out of your way so you can continue to do your job if they're blocking your way

4 this is just for you shovel guys spray silicone spray on your shovels it'll help to keep this sticky stuff from sticking and slide right off make you job a whole lot easier!!

Well folks we have a sewer system back and re hooked to main line city water here at the new Han Noodle Bar location aka the old Gittis/ The Avenue Diner work is slowly getting back up to speed yeah!

Today's updates on the new Han Noodle Bar aka the old Gittis/ The Avenue Dinner things are moving again slow but a prodject of this size cant be rushed moved out a lot if dirt that we remived from 2 big trenches that will serve at a raceway for the mechanical aspect fir the new restaurant take a look at some before and after of this process!

Well folks it has been awhile since I've updated you on the Han noodle bar project so here we go. We've been kind of slow and waiting on City Hall to come up with some permit but things have been now going a little bit more forward I was able today to spend time with the owner at the arbor Festival out at Charlotte Lake and we shared with a bunch of you the fact the noodle bar was going to be moving to a new location and I shared my companies Facebook site to a lot of you so you could keep updated as to the progress of the noodle bar so I'm going to start serving some pictures that were taken recently and some in the past thank you for stopping by RJ Smith Enterprises and have a great week!

Well we first wanna apologize to our loyal followers for not keeping y'all up on the the progress of our demolition and remodel of the old Gittis/The avenue dinner future home of Han Noodle Bar. So this update will be long but with a good size photo layout.
Over the past few weeks we have been demolishing what used to be a second floor of an old 3 story house which stood on this location before Gittis WOW the history!
The operation of removing this structure was not time consuming and dangerous unsure of how it was being held up and what it was holding up several snags were encountered but with some great minds working together as of today the mist dangerous of these floors was dropped safely. Now we can mive on to some structural reinforcement and new stud wall erected giving the old the grand new look the owners are attempting to achieve plus a whole lot more seating space then there old home
