Bace Build is inviting you to submit a bid for our newest historic renovation, located at 148 Main Street, Penn Yan, NY 14527.

Historically known as Struble’s Arcade, the core structure is a 3-story landmark originally constructed in 1869, with additions dating to 1893 and 1903. The project involves demolition of the 1903 rear wing and transforming the building into 16 new residential apartments and 2 commercial spaces.

We are seeking experienced contractors with a proven track record in historic preservation, structural remediation, and renovation to execute this project with precision and care. Bace Build is hosting a mandatory pre-bid meeting/site visit on Wednesday, September 2nd at 11:00 AM.
