Yesterday, members of our Commercial Builders Council (CBC) got a behind-the-scenes look at Mayo Clinic’s Bold. Forward. Unbound. project!

Members had the opportunity to see the construction site up close and learn more about the incredible amount of infrastructure taking shape throughout the project.

One especially interesting piece? A dedicated logistics tunnel will allow autonomous mobile robots to transport supplies and equipment between buildings.

A big thank you to Mayo Clinic for welcoming our group and giving our members the opportunity to learn more about this incredible project firsthand!

Before we show you what’s coming this fall, we have to give one more shoutout to a favorite from this spring! 🏡

Thimijan Custom Homes LLC took home the People’s Choice Award for the Spring Parade of Homes Minnesota with a stunning custom home in Lilly Farm. And this wasn’t their first—Thimijan was also a People’s Choice winner in 2024!

The 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom home spanned more than 5,600 square feet and was filled with thoughtful details throughout. Hardwood floors, a beautiful great room, formal dining space, flexible living areas, a screened-in porch, and plenty of room for entertaining were just a few of the features that made this home stand out.

And we’re excited to share that Thimijan Custom Homes will be back for the Fall Parade of Homes!

As we gear up for the upcoming Fall Parade of Homes, we wanted to look back at one of the standouts from this spring! 🏡

Elias Construction took home the People’s Choice Award for the Remodelers Showcase with a beautiful main floor transformation. Even more impressive? This marked their third consecutive People’s Choice win!

The project completely reimagined the main level, with an opened up kitchen, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, a new pantry, refinished maple floors, an updated fireplace wall, and thoughtful details throughout.

The end result was a space that felt fresh and updated while still fitting beautifully with the character of the home.

And the good news? Elias Construction will be participating again this fall! After seeing what they brought to the Showcase this spring, we can’t wait to see what they have in store for us next. We have a feeling it’s going to be pretty amazing. 👀
