🍂 Is It Time for Core Aeration?

Not all grass types should be treated the same when it comes to aeration timing 👇

🌱 Bermuda & Zoysia Lawns
These warm-season grasses thrive when aerated in late spring through summer while actively growing. Core aeration helps:
✔ Reduce soil compaction
✔ Improve water absorption
✔ Encourage thicker growth
✔ Help nutrients reach the roots

🌾 Fescue Lawns
Fescue is a cool-season grass, so the BEST time for aeration is fall. Aerating too early during summer heat can stress the lawn. Fall aeration helps prepare your grass for stronger roots and a greener lawn next season.

With your lawn actively growing, it’s the ideal window to loosen compacted soil and help water, nutrients, and treatments reach the roots.

We’re scheduling through May and June - just reply YES to get on the list.

We’ve officially started scheduling our Core Aeration Add-On services and wanted to give you the opportunity to get on the schedule!

This is one of the best times of the year to aerate - your grass is actively growing and can recover quickly 🌱

Over time, soil becomes compacted, making it harder for water, oxygen, and nutrients to reach your lawn’s roots. Core aeration solves that by loosening the soil and creating small openings so everything your lawn needs can reach deeper and work more effectively.
