Rebuilding the Quad Cities: Thirteen projects represent a total investment of more than $1 billion. Fueled by Governor JB Pritzker's program, five projects are scheduled for completion in 2026, one will begin this year, another will start in 2028, one is planned for 2031, and the remaining project start dates are yet to be determined.
