Important Announcement — Ez Dayz Landscaping LLC
After a lot of consideration, I’ve made the difficult decision to close the landscaping side of Ez Dayz Landscaping LLC, effective immediately.
This is not how I wanted our season to end. I had every intention of finishing out the year and continuing to take care of our customers. Unfortunately, a significant amount of completed work remains unpaid, and the financial strain created by outstanding invoices has reached a point where continuing landscaping operations is simply no longer sustainable.
Most importantly, I have employees who have worked hard for this company and deserve to be paid for the work they’ve already completed. I cannot justify continuing to send our team out, taking on additional expenses and completing more work while we are still waiting to be paid for services that have already been provided.
For customers who have prepaid for landscaping services that have not yet been completed: you will receive a refund for any unperformed services. We ask for some patience while we wind down operations, collect outstanding receivables, and get everything settled. We will be reaching out and making sure those accounts are taken care of.
Ez Dayz is also not disappearing completely. We will still be providing snow removal services this winter and plan to continue serving our snow removal customers as we have in previous years. This decision applies specifically to our landscaping operations.
To everyone who has supported Ez Dayz, paid their invoices on time, referred us to friends and family, left reviews, or trusted us with their property over the years: thank you. Your support has meant more to me and my family than you know.
To customers with outstanding balances: all amounts currently owed to Ez Dayz Landscaping LLC remain due according to the terms of your invoice. The closure of our landscaping operations does not cancel or forgive outstanding balances. We ask that these invoices be resolved promptly so we can take care of our employees, prepaid customers, and remaining business obligations.
Building Ez Dayz has been an incredible experience. I’m proud of what we built, the work our team has accomplished, and the relationships we’ve made along the way. It genuinely sucks to make this decision before finishing the season, but continuing under the current circumstances would only put our employees and the business in a worse position.
This isn’t necessarily goodbye to Ez Dayz — it’s a change in direction.
