How many of you have an outdoor wood burning kitchen??? We built this a little over a decade ago and one of my favorite jobs. Fire is lit under the large griddle … to the right of the griddle is a slow cooker area and the chimney is lined with glazed brick and steel rods for smoking. The idea was from an old Swedish mason that gave me his design and tips for it to function correctly. All the steel doors were built by one of my hod carriers on site.. a Hoddy with welding experience!??!? Who knew!! Fun project and one of kind.
