Last year’s storm changed a lot of lives here in Belvidere.

For this elderly homeowner, the damage was overwhelming. The insurance process was confusing. And the stress was real.

This is Warren Mulhall, our Project Manager, standing outside her home after we helped her get her roof fully replaced through insurance — so she could feel safe in her own house again.
