Before and after this was a fun project and it turned out great first we installed a retaining wall with unilock old quarry block in a two tone granite color. This wall was needed to build up the grade in the backyard to divert the water from sitting on their patio due to the backyard being a hill pitched directly to it. Once this was installed. We then proceeded to regrade the yard and cut a swail on both the left and right sides to pitch the water the way it needed to go. We then laid out a natural boulder flower bed. To match with pre-existing Boulder wall in the front of the property along with some emerald green arborvitae we will be back in the spring to install more plants in the two new beds that were installed as well.

Another big transformation !!also we added 12 yards of pulverized topsoil along the whole foundation of this home due to it being almost 12 inches lower along the foundation than the grade of the yard. This customer was having water issues in the basement. So we knew we had to build the grade up! and we also buried all the downspouts to direct the water away from the house. We then came in and redesigned the flower beds to a more simple layout next spring we will be putting in some plants to the front flower bed to give it a little more curb appeal .

This project turned out great !! We used a Unilock old quarry tumbled block in a sierra color, with an old quarry coping cap block !!what a transformation in the photos you will see the before and after photos and all of the changes made including, regrading around the foundation of the home, burying a downspout in pvc with a serviceable clean out and an all newly designed retaining wall layout bigger than the previous beds !

Alittle regrading and adding metal edging and decorative stone around this newly installed pool came out very nice !!
