We previously shared photos of the framing on this beautiful deck, and now we’re excited to show you the finished product!

This homeowner has a passion for playing co****le with family and friends, and this deck offers plenty of room to do just that! It’s the perfect space for gathering, enjoying some friendly competition, and taking in the beautiful lake views.

Add in a crisp fall morning and the stunning Michigan fall colors in the background, and you have an outdoor space that’s hard to beat! 🍁

Another beautiful project completed by the Morris Builders team! 🏡

Celebrating the hands that build, create, and make it happen.

In honor of Labor Day, our office will be closed as we take a well-earned day to celebrate and recharge.

Our crew LOVES demolition days! 💪🔨 There’s just something satisfying about tearing things down to make room for something even better!

On this project, we’re removing the existing structure that was built on top of the existing deck. Once everything is cleared out, we’ll be building a brand new kitchen and dining room extension designed with an open-concept layout.

The new space will allow us to extend the kitchen, open up the floor plan, and create a beautiful connection between the kitchen and the new dining room. 🏡✨

Demo is underway, and we can’t wait to see this transformation come together!

There’s nothing quite like building a deck frame in some good ol’ Michigan humidity! 💪☀️

Our crew had a blast getting the frame for this new composite deck built and ready for the next phase. The humidity was definitely doing its best to slow the guys down, but they toughed it out and kept right on moving!

A solid foundation starts with a solid frame, and these guys put in the work to make sure this deck is built right from the ground up. Up next, we’ll be installing the Deckorators composite decking and sleek cable railings to bring this outdoor space together.

Now it’s your turn… how many feet do you think this deck spans across the lake side of the house? 🤔👇 Drop your guess in the comments!

Today marks Tristan's last day with Morris Builders.

After 6 years of being an important part of our team, Tristan is putting down his hammer and picking up a new mission as he joins the United States Navy. While we are sad to see him go, we could not be more proud of his decision to serve our country and begin this exciting new chapter. We know he will do great things, and we wish him nothing but success in this exciting new adventure.

Thank you for everything, Tristan. You will always be part of the Morris Builders family. Fair winds and following seas! ⛏️🥰⚓
